The items displayed and for sale on the BARBERTIME.IT website are the exclusive property of Barber Time, the company that owns the website mentioned above. This contract has as its object the legal terms and conditions that regulate the BARBERTIME.IT website

By accessing the BARBERTIME.IT website, users undertake to accept and agree to abide by all the conditions contained in this declaration. BARBERTIME.IT reserves the right to ask Users who do not accept or do not intend to abide by these terms, to refrain from using the website.

Access to the site and its services is intended exclusively for personal use and not attributable to your own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity. Viewing the site provides Customers with information on the products offered together with the possibility of purchasing them.

How to purchase

For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and essential characteristics, for example: the color, the size, the unit price.

The images and colors of the products offered for sale on BARBERTIME.IT may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. BARBERTIME.IT is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.

By placing an order for a product, the User constitutes an offer to purchase. By placing an order, the User guarantees that the details and contact information provided to the Seller are true and accurate, that he or she is authorised to use the credit or debit card used to place the order and that the relevant account has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the entire purchase.

Product Availability

The products offered for sale and their relative prices are those indicated on BARBERTIME.IT

If, due to simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.

In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the customer, BARBERTIME.IT will promptly notify the customer. BARBERTIME.IT may change the products offered for sale on BARBERTIME.IT and their prices at any time and without notice.

Any guarantees or forecasts expressed regarding delivery times must refer only to shipments made within Italian territory; such shipments may however be subject to delays due to the postal service or to causes of force majeure for which the Seller cannot be held responsible.

Product price

The price of each item available on the BARBERTIME.IT website is indicated in Euros.

ORDER

Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance. Orders can also be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal account (“register for free”) for the Customer. Please remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Orders are filled by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.

The purchase of products offered for sale on BARBERTIME.IT can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.

The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on BARBERTIME.IT is prohibited. BARBERTIME.IT reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. BARBERTIME.IT will communicate to the customer via e-mail any impossibility to accept orders received.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by Credit Card, PayPal, Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer.

1 – Credit Cards (For orders from Italy and abroad)
We accept major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. We guarantee that the transaction is completely secure and is hosted on the payment service provider’s servers. We neither intercept nor store customer credit card data. Orders with this payment method will be processed within 24/48 hours.

2 – PayPal (For orders from Italy and abroad)
You can pay through PayPal using your PayPal account. We guarantee that the transaction is completely secure and is hosted by the supplier’s server (http://www.paypal.com). We do not intercept or store customer credit card data. Orders with this payment method will be processed within 24/48 hours.

3 – Cash on Delivery (For orders from Italy)
You can pay upon delivery; cash on delivery does not involve any additional costs. Have the exact amount ready to pay for your order. It is not possible to pay for your order with a debit card, but only in cash. When entering your shipping details, be careful to add the correct house number and the name on the intercom. Also add other details that may be helpful to the courier (stairs, internal number, etc.).

4 – Scalapay
If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3/4 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

Order Confirmation

At the time of conclusion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with the details of the price of the product and shipping costs.

Delivery

Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the value of the order, the country where the products are shipped and the delivery times requested by the Customer.

The Customer will acquire ownership of the products upon delivery of the same. Following delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the Customer, the latter will become responsible for them, even in the event of loss or in the event of damage suffered by them from that moment onwards.
If upon delivery the package appears to be tampered with or not intact, the Customer is invited to refuse the package and to send timely communication to the Seller’s customer service, which will immediately verify and provide the customer with prompt feedback.

DELIVERY IN ITALY:

– FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER 50 EUR.
– STANDARD DELIVERY + 5 EUR FOR ORDERS UNDER 50 EUR.
– Estimated delivery time will vary between 2-4 business days, depending on the delivery address.
– The time intervals indicated above may be extended for Sardinia, Sicily and other islands.

DELIVERY ABROAD:

– FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER 150 EUR.
– STANDARD DELIVERY + 25 EUR FOR ORDERS UNDER 150 EUR.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason and without any penalty within the following 14 working days from receipt of the products. In order to exercise this right, the Customer is required to communicate to the Seller his decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration.

The security thread on the items being returned must not be cut or broken. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and must not show any signs of use.

The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the site is excluded in accordance with art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code relating to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

For each good to which the exclusion of withdrawal applies, the consumer customer is provided with a specific indication directly in the product sheet. However, Barber Time reserves the right to accept the request for withdrawal also for goods excluded from this right, if at its sole discretion it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

After the products have been returned, the customer service will carry out the necessary checks to verify the conformity of the returned products with respect to the conditions and terms just indicated. It also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, if the recipient of the products indicated in the order form does not correspond to the person who made the payment of the purchase price of the goods, the refund of the sums will in any case be addressed to the person who made the payment.

Return shipping or size exchange is free if it occurs within 5 (five) days of delivery of the order, after which an amount of €5.00 will be deducted from the refund.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation on distance selling shall apply.
